Good service. Lunch specials are reasonably priced. You get soup, tea and fermented cabbage appetizer with rice and entree.

Service has always been friendly so one could simply let them know that the food is cold. Parking can be challenging but not impossible."

"Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
