"My job ordered us breakfast and upon returning to work, I noticed my order was wrong so I called and told management what happened. They hand delivered a replacement within minutes and I got to have my breakfast too! They went above and beyond! Good job!!!"

"The place had plenty of staff and the waitress was nice but the bartender refused to make our drinks and served the man that walked in 20 minutes after us and we had already been sitting there over 30 min. The place was not busy with only 2 customers watching the game as we entered. When questioned about the drinks nothing even was done and still no drinks! We ordered 3 starters for our meals. Never got the food or drinks so service was the worst! I let the first experience go… this was our second chance total fail! The waitress I hope finds another job because she was trying but the other people were rude to her and when we questioned about our food order it wasn’t even started yet…"
