"Whoever reads my reviews knows I'm eating far away and trying to stay fair. We came through Bad Segeberg on our way through the Easter traffic around Hamburg and stopped in Florian Ritzki; a wine bar awakened our most hopeful expectations. The online menu betrayed a cook with highest ambitions. The location was surprising, in an cultivation of a (single-family? house: but in places where people want to work solidly, is often best cooked. You know something from Italy from Lake Garda and surroundings. On the way there was good bread with a pleasantly mild hint of cumin, the dip was too sweet for my taste. Here it takes more courage to more intense aromas. Unfortunately, the children were not so hungry, so they did not take the appealing children's dishes, but there is an effort to offer the children two kinds of creamy vegetables and, above all, three kinds of selection at the courts, a beautiful train. In the big one, unfortunately, it came only to dessert, filled chocolate cake with red hat, vanilla sauce and ice cream, appealingly served with fruits, ice creams and decor and everything on stone plate, as it belongs in a restaurant whose owner obviously takes higher. As dishes we had the chili spaghetti and the beef roast in Barolo sauce with root vegetables. Unfortunately, it was only enough for a glass of wine choir for the car ride. But the selection of wines was neat, but should remain here, because we want a fair criticism and focus on the essentials. Unfortunately, the beef roast was a bit cool when it was served. But that was not so bad, he was edible warm and, above all, two of the three pieces were also very delicate, so I get out of bad luck here, that can happen once in the case of beef roast, that also happens the best cook. Less beautiful was that the Barolo sauce was slightly oversalted (not salted, which is why the typical taste of the Barolo did not want to show itself. There was a cattle sauce left, which was very bad. The thoughtful and very well prepared root vegetables and the very successful polenta as supplements would certainly have done the aroma of the barolo; unfortunately it remained. The Chili spaghetti were sharp and sharp, I wouldn't want to criticize anything here. So how is the overall impression? I think there's something going upstairs. The dishes have to be served (at least in my case warmer, and the sauce requires refurbishment. I didn't find the furniture so stupid. All in all: a recommended restaurant with air up, four instead of three stars I give because I am convinced that it was just bad luck to let something too much salt enter the sauce. If you like root vegetables, you can also eat sauces. For 5 stars, however, this claim is not sufficient. Everyone is evaluated in his league. And this is already well located at the Floria Ritzki, although unfortunately still clearly from the Gault Millau level. The toilets were very clean. Please visit this restaurant when you stay in Bad Segeberg."

"A beautiful place to play a bit, billiards or mini golf. With very tasty cake( freshly baked by the boss and drinks we have spent a beautiful afternoon in the amusement. We were also very happy to take our little four-legged friend in! The staff was very nice and tried! A point deduction for the toilets.... when you open the men's toilet, you're almost in the “Free”. Parking by the door."

"Advance reservations are strongly recommended at this intimate and popular eatery, which seats just 28. Our lucky visit on a Saturday evening around 5pm, assuming an hour's dining time, underlines the restaurant's high demand. Culinarily, the menu focuses primarily on a selection of authentic Italian pizzas, complemented by a selection of spaghetti and salads. The pizzas, which are presented in four slices per pizza, shine through with an exquisite, thick and crispy crust, even if the filling is sparse. This adds an authentic Italian flair, but may leave some guests wanting more in taste. However, the pricing is extremely attractive, especially considering the popularity of the restaurant. Our meal, consisting of two pizzas, two bottles of Italian beer and a bottle of still water, was remarkably served on a Saturday night in December 2023 for just €42. This stands out as an exceptional value in such a sought-after establishment."

"Short description: my pizza 4 stars operation 5 stars environment 4 stars price / power 4 stars. in the lübecker old town is the restaurant gusto, where I was invited to a birthday party. it offers – according to the website – “read it Italian cuisine from classic to modern, high-quality Mediterranean compositions, exquisite wines and authentic hospitality”. we enter the restaurant shortly before 18 o'clock, look at an old, dark and odoury besen from the green age, greet and ask for the table reserved for our society. the service shows a fairly covered table: all in white tablecloths, teller, fabric serviettes, candles in high lights. with chalk blossom in glass bowls, glitterblow best corner and water goggles. all very delicious! the white-washed walls of the old town house fall a huge mirror and a regulatory eye in which I press past to take a place on one of the padded chairs. ups, there is the regulatory side, I stay almost hanging on the good piece. here everything is a bit tight. (the tight also causes that speere, drinks and then the dirty honor must always be over the table or through, a circumstance I find somewhat disturbing. after we have taken all the place, the service with the menus will appear immediately. also these are very tasteful. appetizers, pasta, pizza, fish, meat, desserts, suppen, salads, children's dishes. all that the heart or the same desire. I'm sorry that I'm filled with perlhuhnbrust or lamb or jacobs – I decide for a pizza digestion (small, cheese, tomato sauce at €9.50 and a pinotgrigio 0.2 l at €7 (a pretty intense price, as I find – the bottle costs €23 zanderbble filet, salt on the missed ips. However, there are small spoons or cuvert knives missing so that everyone with their own large knife must be long in the very small dipping bowls. You could do that better. the dips taste me. the broth reminds me of the first happy back – I had expected differently or better. after a reasonable waiting period, the food is served. the pizzaesser get extra sharp knife, the fisherman surprisingly not fish cut, but that is also not necessary because it is a trench-free fish. all foods look very tasty dressed, large portions, visually a highlight and also tastefully I hear from the round only well. my pizza is rich and colorful filled with tubs, champignons, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, velvety and green asparagus, and I find the broccoli sticks and the small pieces spasm a bit too little too. in the middle of the pizza enthralled a huge mountain rucola, in my eyes too much of the good. I drink an espresso, tasty, but unfortunately without the usual glass water in a good Italian restaurant. a piece of cantuccini and a packaged bag sugar are next to the beaker. all in all I give good 4 stars."
