What Lou MIGUET likes about Maria's:
I enjoy coming to Maria's, however management need to invest in additional wait staff. Poor Bartender is doing his best to serve everyone, but truthfully extremely inconvenient for those on lunch break! I recommend going elsewhere if you don't have over an hour to spend at lunch. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

What Dani C doesn't like about Maria's:
Last night I ordered a Cobb salad with seared ahi tuna. It was delicious... however I've spent all morning throwing it up. Maintaining high standards of food safety is so important, especially when serving raw fish. Usually the food is great but this bout of food poisoning is unacceptable and why I can only leave three stars. View all feedback.

"Had an experience at Hoffman's. Bought a delicious nutty coconut cone. I also went in to get a pint of my husband's favorite coconut chocolate chip but just couldn't believe the $9 price! It's good but not $9 good! And $11 for a 1/2 gal? Come on, Hoffman's, everything is so expensive now days, Can't you give us a break on ice cream!"

"I was so excited to bring my boyfriend, who had never been, to Linwoods for his birthday. He lives in Philadelphia, but I knew that the trip to Baltimore would be worth it, if it meant that we could dine at this fabulous restaurant. The experience did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and escorted to the perfect cozy table by the friendly hostess staff. Our server Madison promptly introduced herself. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her timing was so perfect we joked that it was as if she could read our minds. Her service alone would have made the experience a but the beverage and cuisine were out of this world. Cocktails were crafted to perfection by the very talented Sommelier, Jason. Our appetizers were delicious and filling, and thanks to recommendation by our server, paired perfectly with our entrees. We both enjoyed the sea bass, which by itself would have been well worth the hour journey. We finished off with a gracious birthday dessert, which was perfectly plated and tasted divine. Thank you Linwoods for making this special occasion beyond what we could have expected. I'm certain we will be back soon"
