Food is excellent. But you have to wait. Means TO WAIT. Almost 4 hours for dinner seems to be a bit too much. They bring you next dish at least after 40 minutes of waiting. Not appropriate. Also nobody is checking if your glass of wine/water is empty or full. Live music is horrible, good that they have it for just 15 minutes every hour. Seems nobody is worried about the clients.
