"Op een prachtig en uitgebreid terras aan de Rijnoever bij de aanlegplaatsen van de rondvaartschepen, hebben we geluncht bij Cafe Friuli, De bediening was goed, we aten een tosti en een belegd broodje, met koffie en thee, voor twee personen betaalden we € 10,50. De kwaliteit van het eten was uitstekend, het weer was lekker, dus het was goed vertoeven. Toen later een rondvaartschip aanlegde bleek ook dat er lekker ijs verkrijgbaar was, gezien grote aantal mensen die dat bestelden op dit adres en de naast gelegen en bij elkaar horende ijssalon. Jammer dat de lunchkaart een beetje onduidelijk is, waardoor het voor ons niet helemaal duidelijk was wat er allemaal te krijgen was en dat pas later bij andere gasten gewaar werden. Een tosti staat bijvoorbeeld omschreven als Italiaanse sandwich."
