Very disappointing... the staff is not able to properly scan the payback card... when complaining, you only get an arrogant and snotty answer instead of a remedy. Completely dirty toilet. Door wouldn't close. Air to control tire dirt costs money. Shame on you, Aral!
One star because air for the tires costs money! Service desert Aral! Sorry, that's where the fun really ends!
I would like to give you 5 stars, but the eternal question about the stupid Paybag card gets on your nerves so much that I will take the time to drive to the Aral in the neighboring town in the future. The super staff (5 stars) can't help it and have my sympathy, since I'm definitely not the only one who leaves the shop annoyed. If that changes, I'll be happy to come back to you
