What Hugues Louis doesn't like about L'Amiral:
We turned up on spec (without a reservation) on a sunday for lunch, and were the first through the door. The food was good, and liked by the carnivour and the vegetarian. However, as people arrived, the waiting staff (in their natty little Breton t-shirts) were very quickly overwhelmed.
