What Kimberly R doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Place is managed so poorly, complete disorganized mess. Come in at 8:30 and this place is supposed to close at 10, had very little meat out and the young girl tells me that 's all the meat they have. I ask for a bag of chips and she tells me that they 're only for online orders because what they have is all the chips they have and flat out said we don 't want to make anymore because we 're about to close . Very poor customer service. Group of 5 or 6 employees more worried about getting their Bluetooth speaker to play music than acknowledge my presence for nearly 5 minutes. Then a young woman starts my order and realizes they are running low on an item and leaves for another 5 minutes, leaving a burrito with just rice and meat out on the counter. The item that was running low was not for my order, mind you. The rest of the crew continues doing nothing to help while people pile in line behind me and not 1 customer is acknowledged. No one steps in to assist, just stands there on their phones getting their music to play and pretending to wipe counters over and over. Food was cold and dry and took ages to check out, new guy by the looks of it, and no one helped him either. Just a really bad experience.
No tortillas??? It's a burrito place, known for burritos? I ended up with a steak bowl, it was okay, burrito would have been better. Definitely disappointed ????
No sour cream for walk in customers. I went thru the line and had the employee make my bowl. I asked for sour cream and she informed me that they are out of sour cream. Ok, that's fine. Until I see sour cream on the station where they are making on line orders. I pointed out that there was sour cream and was informed that that was the last container they had and I would have to go on line and pay for a side of sour cream to get it. Manager needs to to learn how to order food for this location. They are always out of items. Another time we stopped by 3 days before we were planning a work meeting and were told that they couldn't accommodate an order for 10 people. Said we could take our chances and try ordering on line the day of. But they couldn't guarantee they would have everything we wanted to order. The whole point of us going in early was so they could plan ahead. We ordered from a different restaurant for the meeting.
HORRIBLE service, super rude attitude after being ignored 5 minutes wait to pickup my mobile order with ZERO customers in the store and ZERO employees working. HUGE LONG woman?s hair in my burrito and 1 of 2 items made completely wrong even though both items were ordered the same.
Employee working was very rude. Throwing food around, mumbling under breath entire time filling order. Asked for a large chips and queso order and she rolled her eyes. Didn't finish while ordering for whole family, just paid for what food was made and left.
