Carlos at the Mae Ann location in Reno provided exceptional service. I had a concern that my burger was not fully cooked, but he made sure it was perfect! The wings I had were the best I've ever had, thanks to Carlos.
If you're in the mood for wings, Wingstop is the perfect spot to visit. I have always had a great experience at any of their locations, with a wide variety of delicious options, excellent flavors, and top-notch service.
I always love coming to this restaurant. I usually order the crispy wings, but this time I forgot to specify some details on my order. When I went to pick up my food, they informed me that because I didn't select the correct options, they couldn't assist me. However, after speaking with the manager, they agreed to refund my order and personally deliver it to my home. I was grateful because I didn't have a car that night and it was a lifesaver. I am very thankful for the manager's help, even though I didn't catch his name. He works the night shift. I had also ordered boneless wings that needed to be replaced, but they ended up replacing my entire order. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Terrible experience! I placed my order at 4:30 and didn't receive it until 6:15. The driver was late because the restaurant had to finish preparing other orders before they could cook ours. Despite being open, the service was extremely slow.
