Started with a glass of wine on the terrace enjoying a spectacular view of the Dolomites. Food was really very very good, with a lot of customising to accommodate gluten and lactose allergies. Chose the asparagus (cooked perfectly al dente), ham and potato, as well as the Tris combination of freshly made savoury dumplings and a kid of ravioli.
