"We've been coming to Austria many years and this was THE WORST experience of a restaurant we had. We never saw something like this. The service was just terrible, A lot of waiters but nobody looks at you and nobody listens... The food was ok,...not so good. but not good as well. We ordered ice cream for desert and it took 30 minutes to bring it melting to the table. We asked about it many times but nobody did anything with it. I also asked to cancel it but then it arrived to the table. The bill was NOT ok as well. They wanted to charge for extra ketshup for the schnizel... even though we didn't get any. and there was a line with price that they didnt know to tell me what it was. Please save yourself time money and frustration and avoid going there."
