"Updating in response to Kayla Branscum’s review: I’m unsure if this is the manager on duty, general manager or one of the other ladies involved. However, I was sure I heard the Name Kim when the incident occurred, and I was sure that was the rude “manager “ . If it was in fact Kayla who was the manager, she deserved to be fired and I do not apologize for my review. If one of the other ladies were fired, that is a shame. Either way my review stands and myself as well as a good number of my colleagues who attended a party there will not be returning. What an embarrassment to the Big Whiskey Franchise. I want to share my recent experience at this establishment. On the evening of Wednesday January 31st I witnessed the most unprofessional and appalling behavior from supposed management. There was what appeared to be an employee who was off the clock sitting with another individual at the bar. The individual had ordered wings I believe. There was hair found to be cooked into the food and the off the clock employee was trying to help address the situation. 2 of the servers who were working came out followed by a very rude and unprofessional lady who I believe they called Kim. She was very harsh with the servers and the off duty employee who seemed to be in a good and happy demeaner prior to this incident. If this is how management is going to behave and treat their staff, my family and I will no longer be investing in this establishment. I was originally introduced to this establishment during an event that I attended with a few colleagues. What an embarrassment, to have people who are supposed to be professional and manage a pleasant environment, who are crude and condescending to other staff members. I do wish the best to the servers on duty and the other employee who was not on duty but still willing to help diffuse the situation. To the General Manager of this establishment, I highly recommend reevaluating who you have running your business, because the one they called Kim, is certainly not leadership material. "Not what I expected for a chain steakhouse. I had the best nativity and let them tell me that they cooked to perfection had a great smoked taste at the outside edges, but a sturdy bark taste like the boil knew exactly how much salt needed to season, but not distract from the meat. that was waiting for an hour, but it was Friday at dinner, so it's busy, but it was worth it. our server (I'm ashamed to say) I don't remember its names, but it was amazing, fast and friendly attentive to us and our needs. the only problem was how busy it was, all the servers were thinly stretched, but also the manager checked and refill drinks."

"I stopped in Springfield overnight and wanted to try a restaurant close to the hotel. Unassuming on the outside. Such a great vibe inside and the food is amazing. Service is top notch. Great recommendations and this will be my go to restaurant next time I drove through."

"Great pizza, my personal favorite is Papa's favorite on original crust. But thin crust pepperoni is really good. Go on Tuesday and they have any premium pizza for $10.99 and on Friday they have thin crusts pepperoni, cheese and sausage for $5.99 per. No, I don't work there much."
