A good Patacon is crispy, made from green plantains..then you can eat with anything, and I do mean anything, on top. Patacon is a very local plate,p from this region of the country and is made out of plantain when is green not yellow that is used for other recipes A good Patacon is crispy, dried, hot and a little bit salty..then you can eat with any toping. What I didn't like from this restaurant was the way the served the Patacon and the food and sisters were ok... Didn't catch me at all ! Sorry but I won't go again to this place View all feedback.
