While they are not a dedicated GF plant, they are strict and extremely knowledgeable about allergens in their sausage production process. "The staff seemed very knowledgeable and explained as much as possible about the preparation of the food to keep it safe. I had Enchiladas with corn tortillas that was fantastic! All meat options are safe and can be placed in a Burrito bowl, Enchilada or a corn-tortillas wrap. Unfortunately, the chips are not safe. The food was amazing and the staff was excellent."

"Amazing place with great food, great drinks and great service! This is a must for those who drive from Calgary to Vancouver. Also, you love the way they used the former school building again; and was surprised to be in a room with very high ceilings. A nice note is that the restaurant has invested in noise-damping acoustic panels on these ceilings, so it is not like echo eyes like most other restaurants. Great place!"
