Only stayed one night but the staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Air con was bloody freezing just outside the lifts though, and turned off the unit in the room!! We were on the 7th floor and did have some exterior noise, however after flying in from LHR we were too tired to care!! View all feedback.
What Jason Davis doesn't like about Hampton Inn Boston-logan Airport:
Good hotel, clean rooms and decent parking, but the shuttle service is horrendous. They claim it runs every half hour, but it seemed to be more like 45 minutes to an hour, and even that was at random. It's a decent hotel, but they need to get their shuttle in order or hire more drivers. One of the drivers was a no show during our stay and left one driver to do everything.
