"My wife and I decided to make the 45 minute drive to this hidden jem. Chez 5 Etoiles in St. Louis has by far the best Seafood pizza in NB. We sat outside in the screen room and were greeted by the owner shortly after we arrived. I ordered the seafood pizza and my wife had a caesar salad and the spaghetti bolagnaise. We enjoyed a few draft beers and our meal was absolutely amazing. It is well worth the trip from Moncton. The owners were very friendly and the service was superb. It had been a while since we had visited, but we will definitely be back much sooner this time!"
