"Looks like a casual quick diner beside the bus terminal. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the delicious and aesthetically pleasing plates. Gastronomic experience to remember. Was given samples of three red wines before choosing a glass. Three of us sampled everything savoury except steak tartar. Bring your charge card if you plan to eat out in Iceland but this place was worth it."

"Þýtt af Google) Borðaði dýrindis mat hér og starfsfólkið var virkilega vingjarnlegt! Klassískur fish and chips með öllum þeim sósum sem hægt er að óska sér og uppáhaldið mitt virkilega bragðgóð humarsúpa ! Fékk meira að segja smá snakk til að fara. Mæli eindregið með að fara hingað. Ég held að það sé vinsælt þar sem margir á eftir okkur þurftu að bíða eftir borði, þó ekki svo lengi og þess virði! Upprunalegt) Had some delicious food here and the staff was really kind! Classic fish and chips with all the sauces you could wish for and my favourite a really tasty lobster soup ! Even got some snacks to go. Highly recommend to go here. I think its popular since a lot of people after us had to wait for a table, not so long though and worth it !"

Ég hafði það skemmtilegasta að ég held að ég hafi nokkru sinni borðað á veitingastað. Andrúmsloftið er gamall heimsharmi með einhverja bóhem í honum. Eigandinn er ofboðslegur og þú getur sagt að honum er annt um alla viðskiptavini sína. Þú færð ókeypis vöfflur, nammi og hvað sem meðlæti þeir gerðu þennan dag. Matseðillinn er mjög einfaldur, ekki margir að velja úr, en ekta íslensk súpa. Þú getur valið að hafa þá í brauðskál, sem er gríðarstór besti hlutinn ... ókeypis fyllir aftur! Þeir leggja til að þú byrjar fyrst með sjávarréttinn þar sem það er ekki með ókeypis áfyllingu, þá er kjötsúpan og vegan súpa. Allir þrír eru ljúffengir og þú getur ekki slá verðin. Þegar þú ert búinn að borða hérna geturðu farið á tvær hurðir niður á krá eigandans þar sem hann mun einnig gefa þér ókeypis bjór. Það eru til nokkrir íslenskir götumatur, vertu viss um að fara á þennan sem er svolítið utan vega, ekki í almennu nágrenni allra dæmigerða ferðamannagata. Ég myndi örugglega gefa mér tíma til að fara hingað í Reykjavík. Upprunalegt) If you are looking for a quiet, low-key place to eat, this is NOT the place for you to go. I had the most fun I think I've ever had eating at a restaurant. The ambiance is an old world charm with some bohemian in it. The owner is extremely out-going you can tell that he cares about all his customers. You get free waffles, candy whatever treats they made that day. The menu is very simple, not many to choose from, but real Icelandic soup. You can choose to have them in a bread bowl, which is huge the best part...free re-fills! They suggest you start with the seafood first as that does not have free re-fills, then there is the meat soup the vegan soup. All three are delicious you can not beat the prices. When you are done eating here you can head two doors down to the owner's pub where he will also give you a free beer. There are several Icelandic Street Foods, make sure you go to this one that is sort of off the beaten path, not in the general vicinity of all the typical tourism streets. I would definitely take the time to go here when in Reykjavik."

"We had no reservation, but the host was grateful for a table of 2. We ordered the seafood pasta and the tacos and they were very good. The restaurant is very nicely decorated on the inside and made it a special place to eat."

Fangar þema myndarinnar en gerir það á einstakan hátt. Hvíta rússneski drykkjalistinn er víðfeðmur með mörgum ótrúlegum valkostum. Þó að þeir séu dýrir, þá pakka þeir á sig. Skemmtilegt afdrep með frábærum hlutum að sjá og áhrifamikið fólk að horfa á. Fyndinn staður til að fela sig í. Njótum hverrar sekúndu þar. Við borðuðum ekki hér, svo get ekki tjáð okkur um matinn. Big TVs for sports, cool decor, many separate spaces, the drink wheel and wild decor. Captures the theme of the movie, but does that in a unique way. The White Russian drink list is expansive with many incredible options. Although they are pricey they pack a punch. Fun hangout with great things to see and impressive people watching. Funky place to hideaway in. Enjoyed every second there. We did not eat here, so can’t comment on the food. We heard good things about their burgers) Well worth a try while in Reykjavik."

"Þýtt af Google) Sætur lítill indverskur veitingastaður í miðbæ Reykjavíkur. Það var reyndar rétt við hliðina á hótelinu okkar sem er hvernig við uppgötvuðum það. Var svolítið efins um indverskan mat í Reykjavík, en ég verð að segja að hann var frekar góður. Ekkert stórkostlegt en örugglega ekta indverskt bragð lesið ekki vatnskennd karrý heldur gott hráefni og krydd í réttum). Ekki búast við að tandoori kjúklingurinn sé nálægt upprunalegu en nógu góður myndi ég segja. Reyndar töluðum við við fólkið á veitingastaðnum og þeir sögðu að þeir hefðu nýlega fengið nýjan matreiðslumann frá Bangladesh og nokkra aðra frá Indlandi og þeir vita hvað þeir eru að gera. Ef þig langar í eitthvað öðruvísi þegar þú ert í Reykjavík, myndi ég mæla með því að prófa þetta! Upprunalegt) Cute little Indian restaurant in the middle of downtown Reykjavik. It was actually right next to our hotel which is how we discovered it. Was a bit skeptical about Indian food in Reykjavik, but I must say, it was pretty good. Nothing spectacular but definitely authentic Indian flavors read not watery curries but good ingredients and spices in dishes). Don't expect the tandoori chicken to be close to the original but good enough I would say. In fact, we spoke to the folks at the restaurant and they mentioned they recently had a new chef from Bangladesh and some others from India and they know what they're doing. If you're craving something different when in Reykjavik, I would recommend giving this a shot!"
