Ate here on my last day in Iceland and got 1 burrito to eat for lunch and 1 to eat on the plane. I think it was the classic vegan burrito or something to that effect. Rice, beans, pico de gallo, some peppers. It was made with brown rice and a whole wheat tortilla which I'm generally not a fan of, but after eating junk food all week it was a very nice change of pace.
