"Looks like a casual quick diner beside the bus terminal. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the delicious and aesthetically pleasing plates. Gastronomic experience to remember. Was given samples of three red wines before choosing a glass. Three of us sampled everything savoury except steak tartar. Heildartilfinningin er eins og að borða lambakjöt með kúmeni, bragðsamsetningin er mjög einföld; bragðið er ekki eins ríkt og hefðbundið japanskt ramen og súpan er ekki eins og japönsk sojasósa eða tonkotsu ramen. En á matseðlinum stendur að þetta sé íslenska útgáfan af lambakjötsramen og því þarf ekki að vera vandlátur. Skammtastærð: Það er ekki mikið af núðlum og strákar ættu ekki að vera saddir, þó er magn kindakjöts meira en aðrar kindakjötsmáltíðir á íslenskum hefðbundnum kindakjötssúpuveitingastöðum.
