this pho was near our hotel so it was a simple option. atmosphere very minimal, not too cozy. we have the vegan spring rolls, a vegan suppe and a vegan dish. Everything was good, not great. a simple option if your hotel is close, but only that. the personal was friendly. the prices are a bit expensive for what they get, but nothing extreme.
