they flew miles looking for this place. the place is small and simple, reminds me of a family restaurant in the usa, the lobster soup is heavenly, lachssteak is very tasty, brot crispy on the outside, soft on the inside really complimented the suppe. overall we have a very good culinary experience. What User doesn't like about Saegreifinn:
the lobster soup was great. my recommendation would be to get the suppe and then try the minkewal as it is only 499. they can also when they are in island. the wolfsbarsch was good, but much too fishy for me, I would have skipped it. the sweets were a good supplement, as the potato goes well with the whale View all feedback.
You must try the soup at this restaurant. Your taste buds will thank you all day long. The service is quick and friendly, despite the large number of hungry tourists they have to accommodate. They prioritize respect for individuals.
This is the best seafood restaurant for day trips in Reykjavik. The lobster soup is absolutely delicious and great for warming you up. We also tried some grilled fish and it was amazing. I went there twice without a reservation and just had to wait for a table.
This is a charming little restaurant with a limited but delicious lunch menu. The lobster and vegetable spaghetti were exceptional.
Location: 8/10, simple, but very warm from wood. Eat: 10/10, the suppe and the fish keer are simply amazing. service: they order at the cash register and bring them to eat on the table. price: 8/10 is a good value for money.
Great soup and grilled fish (had both). Even at reasonable prices. Would go again and recommend. Some Que, and worth the wait. Cozy tables at the back.
