What Loreal Neal doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
AWFUL. If I could rate 0, I would. Inside was closed. I placed a mobile order 10 min in advance, and they said I have to place it further in advance because their system takes a long time to receive orders. After waiting through the long DT line that I never wanted to be in in the first place, they refused to give me my order even with proof of payment from their app. They told me to get a refund online View all feedback.
