Intrigued by the proposal of the friendly pizza chef, I tasted the Roman pizza dough and, like a good Roman, I accepted the challenge. Compliments!! What S D doesn't like about Pizzeria Antico Rustico:
The dough is among those I prefer, due to the quality of the ingredients and digestibility, but it's a shame that the ingredients are of poor quality: finding mushrooms, olives and artichokes in oil in a 4 seasons dish of poor quality but very abundant is not the best.
