"Tested this place accidentally with a group of colleagues who wanted to try something else and found a review on travel advisor, and was really impressed. a little off the beaten track, they will not only fall on it, it is on a small side...street of the main corso. service friendly and pleasant. Anyway, I had a dish of carne salada her healed thinly cut bred beef with blossom leaves made by celery, porcini and parmesan, dressed with an excellent ligurian olive oil, followed by vitella tonnata correctly: the calf boiled with crumble then thinly cut and crushed in a creamy thun-fish sauce. a ricotta with chocolate chips for pudding and a beautiful bottle soave. second time there was a repetition of the « carne salat » as it was incredibly delicious, I asked the cook how to make it, and I will try it definitiw) and a typical milanese cutlet. dpaired with a local « nettare dei santi » red wine the waiter recommended. a rather unusual mixture of barbera, merlot and croatina, which gives it a fruity, slightly sweet but not unpleasant taste. an eye opener. if they are in rho, they have to try this restaurant really worth it, so they look it out."
