What Enola King doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
It started out on the wrong foot. First I wasn?t able to order online. So I walked in waited about four or five minutes to get someone to take my order. I wanted a 16 family. I was told that it would be a little wait. No problem I?ll wait. Got home and we had only two sides. I should have checked it before I left. This is the second time in a row it?s been screwed up. The food was ok but all of the salad pieces my girlfriend got were nasty. Hair on her cup. My polo bowl rice is still hard.
I really don't like Pollen-Loco, but went to buy the new anger! Hard Shell tacos the Birrie. Omg. I was impressed!!! You are really good n delicious A must try for everyone a bit expensive, but well made

Ordnete the birria tacos, container was literally halfway, asked for creamy cilantro I was given 3 that were a quarter full, perhaps also have given one that was actually full. Mac and cheese were watery. Definitely not worth it
