What User doesn't like about Ono Hawaiian Bbq:
Order Kalbi short ribs and 1 min later it was ready. I was like wow these guys are fast but I should have know better. I live 5min away and by the time I sat down to eat it was clear that the food was made before my order and was probably someone else's wrong order. The food was cold. This is really disappointing. I would have higher expectations considering this is a chain. Will be reporting to the FSIS. read more.
