Café Cofradía - Feedback

What Mamennina doesn't like about Café Cofradía:
We had some beers and as a complimentary tapa they gave us a potato omelette with onion, very good. We were on the terrace, overlooking the port, pleasant to be there. The man who served us had a hard time expressing any sensation, I don 't know, a little strange 0 interaction with the waiter, we don 't know what voice he has.
