We visited the swan over the Easter weekend and found the staff lovely. We were here with family and had a few drinks and we all ate. We found the food lovely and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Having used to work in Whalley I'm pretty familiar with the Swan. We went in Friday lunch time about 1:15. 4 ladies in. What beers have you on please, asked I. Got told the lagers on. We've no beers on cause they only went on last night. We ordered the salmon pasta f,c ps! Not sparkling I'm afraid. 4 ladies left. 8-10 thirsty looking lads came in, hung around, left. The worst Sunday roast ever, beef was like boil in the bag, I gave it the dog. The mash was difficult to swallow it was so dry/dense , I think it was a few days...

"Absolutely a amazing place to eat we had homemade quiche and chips and salad and my grandson had a chicken and cheese panini. The food was fantastic chips and quiche where hand made I had orange tango and a strawberry milkshake with cream and...marshmallows. My partner had a lovely fruit tea. "Excellent food and customer service again as always! We had the Minted Lamb Kebabs, Metaxa Chicken from the specials board and a portion of Filo Feta Rolls on the side. Generous portion sizes and so tasty. By far my favourite place to eat in town and definitely deserve the 700+ excellent reviews"
