What Andrew B likes about Whalley Road Chippy:
...to a perfect 16mile bike ride through the idyllic Pendle/ Clitheroe villages. Great fish and chips eaten in lovely late sunshine by the river at Edisford Bridge, 5 mins cycle away gorgeous. Fish and chips is not a cheap tea anymore but this was a good portion which would probably have fed two older appetites)....so good value and especially lovely fish. Excellent and pleasant service too. Highly recommended.

After taking my order only 2 people I front of me I actually waited 45 mins for my food I was on the verge of asking to cancel the 2 trays of chips. The 2 assistants well 1 of the girls seemed to be doing everything other one clueless. The man owner I guess was quite abrupt with them.
