They are all slackers they hardly can serve you just a cup of coffee within 5 to 10 minutes, just pure coffee they can't serve it in less than 5 minutes they need to improve their speed especially if it is just plain coffee.

I go here once or twice a week. They have had frequent turnover of batista and dealing with new, in training staff needs patience. This time we decided to go inside for coffee and a chat. Too much noice and the place looked like it could use a good sweep and wipe down. They were very busy.

Hadn?t been to Starbucks in awhile and had a great experience at the location. All of the associates were friendly and cheerful and it created a pleasant environment where I could relax and study for awhile while enjoying my tea (had enough coffee already for the day or I would?ve got coffee).

I hate the coffee burnt tasting and expensive but everyone was polite and helpful even when the cup had a leak after they handed it to me.
