i’ve gotten to all the roasters in the tri cities area and i have never been disappointed as this one. i repeated my order 3 times clearly since the employees were too busy chatting and they still managed to get all my drinks wrong. they were very rude especially the blonde she purposely did everything wrong. also got charged more so i do not recommend this location, puts a bad rep on the other roasters!! Hit or miss on the coffee. They never taste the same. Really disappointing.
Because they love dogs, give them a treat, and have a loyalty coffee program. Coffee is okay.
