It actually amazes me how terrible the customer service is here. I always order holiday themed donuts for my children and they NEVER have the holiday box. NEVER have the order. Go to pick them up it’s always “we have no order under your name” until they’re shown the order confirmation. The holiday donuts have started looking so bad I feel like it has to be a joke. Like…. The reason we come here is the doughnuts. As always the doughnuts are good just what you 'd expect from Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately the past few times I 've been in there has been no greeting at the door. Despite being the only customers in the store at the time. 2 of the employees could be heard talking about how drunk they got that weekend and one was to high too function this is just something that should be done away from where customers might see or hear.
Friendly staff, free donuts on your birthday. Doughnuts were fresh.I prefer spudnuts still.
Honestly, no other doughnut does to me what Krispy Kremes do. I'm so glad they are a part of my life. The
Donuts are fine but the coffee is not. I found the Coffee tepid at best.
