I bought a Frappuccino and asked for a remake because there was too much ice. Instead of remaking they reblended it. I doubt they cleaned the pitcher and utensils before or after. Seems like the first employee wanted to make a new drink but her co-worker wouldn’t allow it. Not the first time these issues have occurred so we won’t be back.
