"Horrible customer service. Unable to follow simple instructions. Forgot to add protein in the smoothie, didn’t put any straws in takeout bag, forgot to put protein balls in the order, then put wrong protein balls for corrections. When we complained all we got was attitude. Way over priced for all the issues!! I don’t recommend this place!"

"I have to say, one of the most delicious restaurants I have tried in Vancouver! I tried it on a whim as there was a promo on the food delivery apps, and am so glad I tried! I got the Coastal Macro bowl, the Turmeric Laksa bowl, and the Kokomo Açai bowl. To be honest I expected the macro to be my fave based on reviews but the Laksa absolutely blew me away! Absolutely flavourful, hearty, full of fresh ingredients. Probably the tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a month lol! The Macro was also good, but the Laksa was amazing. The Açai bowl I’m still working on and to be honest I had only added it as an add-on to make the minimum order amount for the delivery app promo lol) but similarly I am very impressed with the freshness of ingredients and great taste.My only suggestion is that the portion sizes especially on Laksa) seem kind of small—the takeout container photo is from when it arrived and you can see that it is filled below the half way line, especially compared to how full the macro bowl looks : I am not sure if they maybe accidentally gave me a half portion instead?However, even with the smaller than expected proportion, I still rate the order 5/5 stars because the taste and freshness was fantastic, and the order arrived super quick I made sure to tip the delivery driver extra). Delicious food, unique flavour, and one of few plant based options that don’t feel too oily or fried or processed. Highly recommend, even for people who don’t normally eat plant based!"

"The Renzullo family opened the store over 50 years ago, the large family all worked in the store at one time or another and mom and dad still live about 20 meters from the store. It's now owned by one of the daughters, her and her husband operate it. You'll see nieces and nephews working during the holiday. Need a tube of Italian tooth paste? Need any and everything to make a meal at home? Best imported Italian cold meats, here it is. FANTASTIC homemade spaghetti sauce? AMAZING homemade meatballs and sauce for dinner at home? Or want to munch on a panini and have a coffee or cold drink while watching the community come and go? Of course that is a panini that includes anything you want, not something pre-set and pre-made! It's like sitting on a piazza in Italy. Take a slow walk down the aisles, I always find something new to try. While you'll certainly hear Italian, Renzullos is truly a mirror of the multi-cultural community enjoying themselves and others."

"Nice salad place! I?m not a salad lover at most times, but these salads just changed my mind. Every bite is so fresh, healthy, and flavourful. I personally like Kale Caesar the most, because the dressing is so good and the half ramen egg is too impressed. I will definitely try something else next time!"

"I've been a fan of kokomo for a long time, but a few weeks ago I had a negative experience. a customer came in with a dog, a coworker knelt down to house the dog and let him lick all her finger, and then she went and touched the lid of my smooth to give it to me without hand hygiene in between. I asked for a new lid and explained a heavy allergy to an enzyme in dogesaliva that would cause sticks on my face and hands. the personal was quick to correct it and instead of public review, I turned to the management by email to ask for only a confirmation of the dog policy in the shops, as it would shape the future decision-making. I was sure dogs were not allowed unless it was a special circumstance. quickly forward when I take lunch and put me in the house. a few minutes later a woman with a huge dog starts the staff, and I eat next to a dog face. I had to get up and go. that's not a Canadian ripe. it is a food business. I am not sure why a restaurant dogs allowed inside and why the personal interacts with the dogs. I am annoyed that I have wondered about the pet policy and, unfortunately, have to take my faithful work at another place."
