What User doesn't like about Hotpot Palace:
I didn’t like the fact they removed their broths and now only have two clear broths. Chicken and lobster. And the worst part is the chicken broth is the same as getting boxed broth…no flavour. No point of hotpot? For that price..? The food was fresh and service was still rlly good tho. I was just disappointed. View all feedback.
Servers there do not show any teamwork that a person did everything. The female waiter looks very arrogant, we asked for our bill and she leaves and calls the other waiter (who went for lunch) to serve our bill. You do not make eye contact, you really need to wave and call them out before you get any attention, maybe also go, so they give you some attention. Our waiter forgot to serve our rice or noodles that came with Din out, he apologised, but if the servers showed some teamwork and really knew what it is about, they could get good business but from now on, It was good to try but not back. The seafood is fresh and the meat cuts are large, only the problem is their service. It's really bad I can't recommend this place to my friends.
Went for Dine Out, reasonable price, we had to order additional beef platter to accommodate our appetite, staffs were friendly.

Good environment and good quality of food. Only the parking is not that good.
Really bad service paired with mediocre food for the prices they have set. Really obvious they did not want to do the Dine Out menu. Unless you are a Chinese big spender, don’t come here.
