Awesome place to order catering, as they're prompt and reliable. We used them on many occasions, they can do labelling too.They offer Chinese, Western, Breakfast and bubble tea, and pretty well delivery all of Richmond.Also a quiet place to have a coffee in their lounge. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Neptune Bistro:
Just horrible. Singapore vermicelli was inedible- had the strangest taste to it- I threw it out (!!)- I love this dish and it was the worst version I've ever had. Chicken with black bean sauce on rice- completely flavourless, clumpy overcooked rice, and overcooked vegetables. Small portions to boot! $10.99 for each and not even close to how big other Chinese places give. Never, ever again. Waste of money. View all feedback.
