Steve’s rob is a great place, and this is a great place to stay!
I love the location, staff and atmosphere. The restaurant and liquor store on its main floor are excellent. I would definitely go back there.
Loved the hotel the breakfast and the area on our trip to B.C. Will for sure stay there again!
I had a couple meals at the Steveston Cafe Hotel on the weekend.....This place does it 'right '.....Thanks....

While the shop offers an array of tempting treats, I found the ice cream options to be quite limited, with a noticeable absence of chocolate flavors. Although my experience was enjoyable, it didn't quite leave a lasting impression.I decided to try the cappuccino flake ice cream, which boasted a rich coffee flavor and a creamy texture. The addition of chocolate chips complemented the espresso taste beautifully, resulting in a truly enjoyable combination. One pleasant surprise was the complimentary waffle cone, a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience.The shop's decor caught my eye and created a charming ambiance. However, when it comes to the ice cream selection, I couldn't help but feel that Yum Sweet Shop falls short. "First it was cold. Every time the door opened it was so cold. We even yelled across the restaurant to close the door. They forgot to put dressing on 3 out of 4 Greek salads. They never even took any money off from our bill with that mistake. Never asked us for tea or coffee, took forever to clear our plates and empty glasses. We brought a cake they never brought us plates, forks or a knife to the table. They forgot about us, we had to go get them , over all our service sucked. And because we had a group of us, they added their tip which they really did not deserve."
