After making purchases at Price Smart I attempted to visit Tri-ty Cafe for a Taiwanese repast in the late afternoon of December 29, 2016. To my surprise the cafe appeared to be closed, no lights were on, all the chairs were neatly stacked upon the tables and the premises deserted.
