This catering company was outstanding! I hosted a 10yr Anniversary Party with small bites. I told John my vision and he made it happen. His prices are very reasonable. My guest absolutely loved the shrimp cocktail and brisket brochette. The fruit tray turned out beautiful. The Cajun chicken salad croissants were to die for!
