Doner Gyros - Richmond

Had the lamb dish gyro meat and cheese on the top of yellow rice salad with black olives and pimples on the side. It was a lot of food and a value for the money. Only the reason it didn't get 5 stars were the black olives and pimples. I expected something else and they served your typical cut candied black olives and Dill Pickle chips that you can get at HEB. Apart from that, the place was clean, service was fast and overall friendly.

It was fairly easy to order our meals primarily because the attendant patiently resolved our questions about menu options. Additionally, there were clear photo illustrations of most menu items. On my visit I ordered the combination beef and lamb platter which was so delicious. The meats were tender and flavorflul, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp.

Wow. I am from Chicago n was hungry for good Gyros after googling this place. Best gyros ever. Very good kifta kabob kofta). Must visit this place. Excellent service. hard to get now a days)

I'm here twice. Both times the manager/owner was very helpful and enthusiastic to help. Both times I left full and satisfied. And both times I missed the special Gyros (pictured here), which are shown ironically EVERYWHERE, but the menu above the register. I would recommend adding it to the overhead menu. I won't forget the third time. Nevertheless, this is a wonderful place with unique fusion dinners. See you next time!

Got some Gyro packs from Doner and Gyro a few days back and they were very fresh and delicious. We ordered an extract. The person who took the order was very friendly and helpful. We have requested a custom order that fills them happy. Food and customer services were both great. It's a half place and her Chicago style Gyro was good. You can also adjust the spice level according to the request. Very recommended. It's a must try Gyro place.
