"Normally we have no issues with Chick-fil-A and was excited to get food after driving 7 hours from Michigan. Staff was friendly like usual and took our order with no problem. We got our food and got to the hotel only to discovered there was an issue with our order. I called immediately but realized they would be closing in 15 minutes. They lady acknowledge that I had an issue and said normally I would have to go back to get the correct items but since they were closing they would apply a credit on the app or mail me vouchers. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing which means I need to call again."
