If you want quick good southern food than this is the place!! I'm a Mac and cheese snob and they got it going on! Be careful with the banana pudding dessert it's ADDICTIVE! Great portions. It has a homey feel and the staff is great. 6 out of 5 stars every single time we go. View all feedback.

I asked how much meat came on the brisket plate, and the worker couldn't tell me, so I ordered 1lb of brisket and asked specifically if this was sliced, and I was told that it was sliced and not chopped. Then, they proceeded to give me a pound of chopped brisket. Additionally, the brisket tasted like it was pot roast and not smoked. All the meats have a great smokey flavor and/or very tender. The Brunswick stew was also well made and delicious

read moreGreat bbq! Pork is really good and thankfully comes un-sauced so you can taste the smoked flavor. Brisket is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and get the turnips....
