What User likes about Inaho Japanese Restaurant:
Great service and sashimi. The cut on sashimi is the right size. Not a lot of seats and it's important to make reservation in advance. The restaurant is usually closed in August every year for a month so better call to check out before popping in. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Inaho Japanese Restaurant:
We were sitting at the sushi bar but the chef wasn't really friendly. I guess he was just too busy. We ordered an deluxe assorted sashimi (17 pieces) for $45. Although the quality and taste of the fish is a little bit above average, its price is too. We expected more for this price, at least give us freshly grind wasabi. We rather go downtown. Hidden gem located in a commercial building that would definitely go unnoticed but found it on Yelp.
Went there with a friend on a Thursday nightThe place was full but they were all middle-aged customers.
A bit of a strange mish mash establishment in my opinionThe restaurant is basically a husband (Japanese) and wife (Chinese) - 2 man show.

read moreInaho, a cozy sushi spot in Richmond Hill, offers quality sashimi and sushi with prices that match Japanese food standards. The chef's attention to detail shines through in each dish, though service can be slow. The small, unassuming restaurant may not win points for ambiance, but the food makes up for it. Regulars rave about the special dishes, like the seared fatty salmon sushi. Affordable prices and a welcoming atmosphere make Inaho a go-to spot for a satisfying Japanese lunch in Richmond Hill.
