First time dining at Starchiva and I had a pleasant experience eating there. The restaurant appeared clean and had lovely decor and comfy seats. The staff were friendly and attentive, could easily get their attention when I needed something.Their chicken steak with black pepper sauce was surprisingly good! Food was good/great. Waitress was terrible, terrible terrible. Did I say terrible. We wanted to order their key dishes but the waitress said we can only order from a set menu.
