Have been here twice now. This time I had the soup and sandwich. It was the club sandwich. It is prepared slightly differently than what I was expecting and was absolutely delicious. Had their mushroom soup to go with it and was a very satisfying lunch. I will go back again. Highly recommended. View all feedback.

You can taste the soups from about 15 different each day. What we have has was delicious and will be returning.
I get soup quite often for lunch. I like the variety and the fact that you can taste any of the soups before buying

As fresh and tasty as the food is it's all processed ****. I have to give it 2 stars based on it having that plastic taste to it, especially the lobster bisque. Restaurant is very clean. One staff member really hustled and knew what she was doing and got customers served quickly but was cranky. She made me uncomfortable.
The lentil soup was good but it's overpriced and they wanted to charge me extra money to get an empty bowl so I could share my soup with my son. Won't go back here based on principle.
I visted this location a few times over the past few months since it is close to where I work.Each time, I've sampled the various soups and ordered a different cup of soup for lunch. While the soups are initially tasty, I find the soups to be overall too salty for my liking. I visited this location a few times to give Zoup a fair chance, but each time, the soups have consistently left me feeling like I've had too much salt after consuming an entire cup. According to Zoup's website, a 8oz side of chicken pot pie soup has 1200 mg of sodium, which is very close to Health Canada's maximum daily intake of sodium for an adult over 14! Not very healthy in my opinion...The soups are also very expensive. About $9 (including tax) for an 8oz cup of soup and a roll. I personally think that the soups in the Longos prepared food section are equally as good and about half the price.I can't speak for the sandwiches and salads at Zoup, but I was personally not very impressed by the soup.
