Excited to place an order at a local restaurant. The portion was MINISCULE and I’m accustomed to Japanese food. It was cold and one of the dishes was wrong and also had no dressing. I called to discuss and the owner wouldn’t listen to me...and kept talking over me. I said id like a refund on the incorrect item and he refused!
