Nice staff and atmosphere. The beef Sunday lunch was and consisted of one slice of very chewy beef (had to request a steak knife to cut it), cold and raw potatoes, carrot amd parsnip and a soggy cold Yorkshire pudding. Plus some...non-descript gunge. The suggested matching wine advertised on the menu was for a glass, and they didn't bother disclosing the vintage.
