I have lived in Ridge for 39 years and have eaten pizza at all the local places. I was happy with Alfredo's until I tried cafe Rosa, it is by far the best pizza in town. What Green I doesn't like about Cafe Rosa Pizzeria:
More expensive than other pizzerias. Food is pretty good, but the store is a little dingy and dirty. Nice people but it needs improvement. Also, the specialty pies look kind of old, they should make fresh pies at lunchtime. Instead, they serve them from the fridge from the day before. Not cool.
