I made a reservation through the open table app. I even got a confirmation on the reservation. I showed up for a special occasion dinner and the restaurant was closed as in out of business. I would like an answer as to why was my reservation confirmed and the place is closed up. If I need to call the restaurant to confirm the reservation then why would I use open table?
